RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with our products or our services, you can return the products in 7 days from the date that you receive those products and your payment will be fully or partially refunded for the price of the product only and depending on the condition of the returned product.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All accessories come with the product should be sent back together, or the return will be refused.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Any products marked ‘Sale’ cannot be returned

WARRANTY

All products are under manufacturer warranties that cover defects in material or workmanship only. Drone Parts Garage do not provide additional warranty on top of the manufacturer’s warranty.

Due to nature of this hobby, these products are covered in the event of a manufacturer defect or Dead On Arrival (DOA) only. Drone Parts Garage cannot be held responsible to crashes, damage to the components upon install/dismantle, physical damage, power surges, electrical fire or water damage. Additionally, warranty cannot be claimed with the manufacturers for component that has been modified, therefore Drone Parts Garage recommends testing all components in stock condition for shorts before supplying power.

Please contact us via email at support@dronepartsgarage.com.au to report any problems within 4 days upon receipt of delivery. Please do not ship items back prior to contacting us and receiving a return authorization.

To claim for warranty, the defect/DOA item is required to be return to us for inspection. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return. Whether or not an item is considered defective is determined in the sole discretion of Drone Parts Garage. Customers returning defective items will receive either a replacement or a refund once approved by us.

Return shipments are the responsibility of the customer for any warranty claims.

If the defect/DOA item is deemed not faulty, customer need to pay shipping costs for the item to be resend.

As part of complex systems, failure of one component can result in a crash or damage to other items. The warranty does not cover, and Drone Parts Garage is not responsible in any way, for damage to other equipment due to failure of a component in a system. Our warranty and liability only cover the repair or replacement of the item that can clearly be shown to have failed under the standard warranty conditions.

Drone Parts Garage is not responsible in any way for the use, misuse or any injury or damage to personal property from the use of any products purchased from this store. It is the buyer’s responsibility to use the products safely and legally and to take proper measures to prevent any damage to person or property from the use of the product.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@dronepartsgarage.com.au.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced products may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
